This training course for associates at any level that teaches a consistent method to accomplish effective on-the-job training.

Crucial Conversations
This training course for associates at the Team Leader level and above is designed to help them overcome poorly handled conversations when stakes are high, opinions are different, or when strong emotions are involved. This training is based on principles taught in the book of the same name.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn how to can create conditions conducive to dialogue. Participants will learn to:
- Identify your conversation style when stressed.
- Control your emotions.
- Watch for and catch dialogue-ending problems before they get out of hand.
- Create safe conditions for dialogue.
- Express feedback respectfully.
- Be persuasive, not off-putting.
- Encourage people to share their views.
- Transition from discussion to action
Team Leader Training Academy
This training program is created for associates currently at the DH and team leader level or other high-potential associates. Various weekly topics and application of weekly training topics prepare participants to become team leaders or improve their effectiveness if they currently are team leaders. This is a ten-week training program

- Explain key leadership principles, skills, and practices
- Define and practices key skills needed for a first-time leader
Leadership Institute
This Ten module training program is created for associates that are currently Supervisors or Assistant Managers. This training covers various weekly topics and encourages personal reflection and goal setting related to training topics. This training enables participants to increase their effectiveness as Supervisors or Assistant Managers.

- Effectively putting key leadership principles, skills, and practices into action
- Building meaningful relationships with subordinates, peers, superiors, and stakeholders
- Define and practices key skills needed to bring lasting change to individuals, teams, and the organization
Four Box Training
This interactive training is for associates at the Supervisor level and above to help them learn and practice key concepts and skills involved in creating an effective Four Box.
Learning Objectives:
- Define key processes of critical thinking and problem solving
- Demonstrate understanding of core principles of root cause analysis
- Identify the components of the Four Box
- Explain the company’s expectations relating to the Four Box
- Practice creating a complete, effective Four Box
Four Box Training for Team Leaders
This interactive training is for associates at the Team Leader level to learn the role the Team Leader plays in creating an effective four box. Participants will also be given a chance to practice the skills that are taught in this training.

- Define key processes of critical thinking and problem solving
- Explain the key components of gathering information after an incident and how they contribute to completing an effective four box
- Identify the components of the Four Box
- Explain the company’s expectations relating to the Four Box
